By accessing or using Kyzio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.
Kyzio is a service and a commercial denomination of Sauzay Inc., a company registered in France.
Kyzio provides a platform that enables users to publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single interface.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platforms integrated with the Service. You are solely responsible for all content, actions, and activity conducted through your account.
2. Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. API Usage
Access to the API is subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan. You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass these limits.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on your plan). Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute spam or harmful content
- Infringe on third-party platform policies
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of Sauzay Inc. and its licensors.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and France.
